The conference is structured as an all-inclusive three-day event which runs from Tuesday October 13 through Thursday October 15 at the Diplomat Radisson SAS, Bahrain. The supplier attendance fee of $1250 includes entry into the Exhibition Hall and all presentations and workshops, as well as Tuesday dinner and Wednesday and Thursday lunches.
GulfCan has reserved a number of rooms at the Radisson for the conference at a discounted rate. If you are interested in staying at the Radisson for the conference the price for Tuesday and Wednesday nights is $550.
Suppliers are invited to exhibit and make presentations. Presentations are given in the following categories:
- Beer and Beverage Can Technology
- Food and Specialty Can Technology
- Seaming Technology
This is an unprecedented opportunity for suppliers to market directly to their Middle Eastern customers. The cost for a 30 minute slot is $1000.
The Exhibition Hall offers suppliers the opportunity to display products and distribute technical information to can makers. Complimentary refreshments are set up in the Exhibition Hall to create a relaxed social networking atmosphere. Tabletops are 1x2 meters and exhibitors can display samples, parts, brochures, and giveaways. The price of a tabletop is $1200. The Exhibition is closed during presentations and workshops so that companies may easily participate in both.
We offer a package for $3800 which includes attendance, hotel, tabletop exhibit, and presentation, for a $200 discount.
