Supplier Registration
The Latincan 2011 Conference package includes two nights at the Sheraton Resort and Hotel, access to all presentations, events, and exhibition hall, all meals from dinner Wednesday through lunch Friday, and complimentary cocktail hours.
- The cost of the conference is $1,700 per person. Attendees are welcome to bring spouses at an additional fee of $400.
This fee is all-inclusive; Latincan will make the hotel reservations. We will have open registration Wednesday and will be starting the exhibition Wednesday afternoon at 3:00pm. The conference goes all day Thursday and concludes after lunch on Friday.
Suppliers have the opportunity to make technical presentations in either Beer and Beverage Can Technology, or Food and
Specialty Can Technology. Presentations will be 30 minutes, and presenters will have a range of AV options to support them, as well simultaneous translation from English to Portuguese.
- The fee for presentations is $1,000.
Companies interested in giving presentations need to register early to guarantee a space. Spaces cannot be reserved until your company is registered to attend the show.
The Exhibition Hall offers suppliers the opportunity to display products and distribute technical information to can makers. This year’s Exhibition Hall will be open Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. We will serve beer, margaritas, and soft drinks during exhibition hours, gratis to all attendees.
- The cost of a table-top exhibit is $1,200 per table.
